I am working with Ron Reese and others. He has said that this is ready to post. I have tried my best to keep it as error-free, as much as I can, with help from others. The charts and the checking took me almost 3 months to do, as the geometry was very complicated. I did the charts this way, as there is so much happening, in such a short time, that it is very hard to keep all the dates in perspective.  I hope that people who read this will grasp the nearness of major events.
