"THERE IS SOMETHING ABOUT ISIS" BY DANIEL KNEZACEK.

Like me, you have probably grown up with constant stories in the news about terrorism. I remember hearing about airline hijackings even before I was ten years old, and names like Yasser Arafat, and Mahmood Abbas (Abu Mazen), and Osama bin Laden, are household names, since they are so frequently in the news.
Up until, and even after 911, however, terrorism has been a fringe activity of a “violent minority”, in the Muslim world. (or so we thought)
Now, however, ISIS is changing all that. There is something very different about ISIS. The more the US bombs them, the more they morph, and regroup, and keep on coming. Not only do they keep on coming, but they keep on growing, attracting assistance from places as far apart as Russia, China, Britain, France, and the USA!
Obama refers to ISIS as a “Junior Varsity team“, and yet he is unable (or unwilling) to stop them, and the air strikes really are a token effortWe may be “doing something”, but we’re not trying very hard.
Now, if ISIS’ brand of Islam is such a minority view among Muslims, why is it attracting such support from around the world? Why do 80% of British Muslims support ISIS
On Saturday, November 1, another two groups who have been receiving US aid, Harakat Hazm and the Syrian Revolutionary Front (SRF)have surrendered to the al Qaeda branch Jabhat al Nusra, and their American-supplied arms are now in the hands of an ISIS affiliate.
No. ISIS is different. Their brand of Islam is encouraging Jihadists to join them, and the weak western response is accomplishing the same thing! The ludicrous rhetoric coming from David Cameron, John Kerry, and B. Hussein Obama, is also encouraging them, because if their silly pronouncements are any indication of western resolve, then it is very possible for ISIS to win!
Kerry talks as if it is Israel’s war with Gaza that encourages support for ISIS, but the truth is that Kerry himself is a major reason militants are joining this group! (Hey they’re not stupid; If your enemy is so foolish, as Kerry, you can’t help but win!)
And they are winning. (Continue reading at There's something about ISIS
