Biblical Names of Satan/Lucifer
We all know that Satan goes by many different nicknames in the Bible, such as: Accuser of our brethren ( Revelation 19:11), Adversary (Revelation 12:10), Angel of Light (2 Corinthians 11:14), Anointed Covering Cherub (Ezekiel 28:14), Deceiver (Revelation 12:9), Devil (1 John 3:8), Enemy (Matthew 13:39), Evil One (John 17:15), Father of Lies (John 8:44), God of this Age (2 Corinthians 4:4), Lawless One (2 Thessalonians 2:9), Leviathan (Isaiah 27:1), Liar (John 8:44), Lucifer (Isaiah 14:12-14), Murderer (John 8:44), Prince of the Power of the Air (Ephesians 2:1-2), Ruler of this World (John 12:31), Tempter (Matthew 4:3), Thief (John 10:10), Wicked One (Ephesians 6:16). Perhaps the best scripture, in my humble opinion, is Revelation 12:9 where he is called four names, all in one verse: “So the great dragonwas cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.”
Biblical Names of the Antichrist
When Lucifer beomes a man (Isaiah 14), it will be the Antichrist. The Antichrist has many nicknames in the Bible, and they are key to understanding end time prophecy. Take note of the locations associated with the names. Really dig in and try to read and grasp this concept, to avoid missing important revelations about what to expect in the future. We will be open to misinterpretation if we do not pay close attention. I love the Bible, it's like a big jigsaw puzzle for those really want to know the truth; you will put it together! And OH! How blessed you will be for the effort!! Isaiah 14, for example, is about the King of Babylon/The Assyrian as Lucifer himself. Full article at:
