I have commented before a few months ago. I personally believe the so-called coup attempt in Turkey has solidified President Erdogan's place in bible prophecy and Islamic prophecy as well. Let me say first I think Erdogan himself orchestrated this coup attempt himself with some military people that are loyal and agree with him to eventually establish an Islamic State with Sharia Law. The big red flag is the fact that two fighter jets had their radar locked on to his commercial jetliner and did not fire on it and kill him. The first thing you do in a coup is kill the leader and take over the government. Not...in this case. False flag. I say this to make a bigger point. I have mentioned on this website before about an article entitled Will Islam Rule The World on the website of Bible Prophecy And Truth. Everyone needs to read this article to understand that the antichrist of the bible is the same as the mahdi of Islam. The antichrist/mahdi comes from the Western part of the former Roman Empire...Rome. The false prophet and the Muslim jesus are one and the same also. The false prophet/Muslim jesus is coming out of the eastern capital of the former Roman Empire...Istanbul, Turkey. Istanbul was named Constantinople after the Roman Emporer Constantine. The article says that bible prophecy and Islam prophecy are mirror images. Also, that the bibles bad guys is Islam's good guys. As for Brexit, bible prophecy says that ten kings (nations) form this confederacy in the last of the last days during the 7 year tribulation petiod. Tge antichrist will kick three kings out, leaving a revived Roman Empire of 7 kings or nations. We can expect two more nations to exit. In conclusion, the question is not a Roman or Islamic antichrist to rule the world during the tribulation, it is both. The pope is the antichrist /mahdi and Erdogan is the coming false prophet/Muslim jesus. Read the article Will Islam Rule The World...and see if you come to the same conclusion. Incidentally, the west does not behead people. Islam is and will do it on a bigger scale in the future.

Ever since reading the writings of Joel Richardson, Joseph Farrar, and Walid Shoebat I have been converted to the Islamic Antichrist theory with Turkey (and NOT Russia) as The King of The North from Daniel's prophecy.
This scenario fits into Bible Eschatology so much better than the Revived Roman Empire (that is Western Leg) idea), and explains so much of what we see today with the rise of Radical Islam, and their favourite method of execution, namely beheading, which we read a lot about in the Book Of Revelation.
